🔑 Login & Account Access

If you cannot log in to the FindeskCo app or portal, try the following:

  • Check your email address is correct
  • Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen
  • Check your email for a reset link (including spam)
  • If the problem persists, contact support

📱 App Issues & Troubleshooting

  • Ensure your app is up to date — check the App Store for updates
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart your device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is cloud-stored)
  • If issues continue, email support with your device type and iOS version

📊 Portfolio Data Questions

If your portfolio data does not look correct:

  • Allow up to one business day for recent transactions to appear
  • Portfolio data is sourced from your broker — ensure your account is connected
  • Contact support if data has not updated after 24 hours

🔒 Privacy & Data Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email:

support@findeskco.com

Include your full name, registered email address, and the nature of your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Account Deletion Request

If you would like to request deletion of your FindeskCo account and associated personal data, please email us with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address registered to your account
  • Confirmation that you wish to delete your account

Please note: in regulated financial services contexts, some records may be required to be retained for specified periods under applicable law. We will advise you if this applies to your request. All other personal data will be deleted promptly.
